Nikelle found her love for journalism in high school due to her love for singing and dancing; she was no stranger to being in front of the camera.

Reporting and producing for Bloom Scene is where she found her passion; she continued by getting her bachelor’s degree in Multi-Media Communications at Olivet Nazarene University, where she earned a more in-depth feel for all aspects of Media. She worked with Access ONU, Shine RX3, Shine.FM and local Chicago radio station The Prayze Cafe.

Nikelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to baseball games, fashion styling, binge-watching shows, and pretty much any DIY project.
